Since December 1, the Little Elm Fire Department has serviced all Paloma Creek districts. This follows the result of the November 5 election, where voters in all 5 Districts Fire Plan Election Resultspassed Proposition A, which proposed the approval of a contract with the Little Elm Fire Department for fire and emergency medical services in Paloma Creek and Northlake Estates.

The Little Elm Fire Department has the best ISO score possible (a score of 1), which could mean a reduced rate for homeowners insurance.  Homeowners are encouraged to contact their insurance companies to determine if Little Elm’s ISO rating of 1 qualifies them for a lower homeowners insurance rate.
