Water Restrictions & Helpful Tools
August 22, 2024
Dear Paloma Creek & Northlake Estates Residents,
As part of our ongoing efforts to manage our water resources efficiently, we kindly remind everyone of the importance of adhering to our current Stage 1 Drought Restrictions detailed below:
- Odd numbered addresses are allowed to water on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
- Even numbered addresses are allowed to Water on Mondays and Fridays.
- HOA and commercial businesses are allowed to water on Sundays and Wednesdays.
- There is No Irrigation allowed for anyone on Thursdays.
- You are allowed to hand water any day but any hand watering must be before 10 AM or after 6 PM.
Due to increased demand and time requirements for water treatment, these measures are crucial in ensuring that we maintain a sustainable water supply for our community. To help you maintain your lawns while following these restrictions, consider using the following hand watering tools:
- Soaker Hoses. Efficiently delivers water directly to the root zone with minimal evaporation.
- Watering Wands. Allows for precise and targeted watering, reducing water waste.
- Handheld Sprinklers. Ideal for covering small areas with a gentle spray.
- Garden Watering Cans. Perfect for controlled watering of specific plants or small patches.
- Adjustable Sprayer Nozzles. Offers various spray patterns and intensities for efficient watering.
By using these tools and adhering to the guidelines, we can all contribute to the responsible use of our resources.
