Mandatory Stage 2 Drought Restrictions in Effect

Stage 2 Drought Restrictions Now in Effect!
Attention Paloma Creek & Northlake Estates residents,
Due to the area continuing to experience an overall rainfall deficit and high temperatures that affect the availability of surface water to be treated and for use by the District, we are moving from mandatory stage 1 restrictions to Stage 2 Drought Restrictions effective immediately. This means all enforcement and fines will be in effect. Please check your irrigation system to ensure you are complying with appropriate watering days.
**NO WATERING AT ALL ON ANY DAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10 AM AND 6 PM**
- Odd numbered addresses are allowed to water on Wednesdays Only.
- Even numbered addresses are allowed to water on Sundays Only.
- HOA and commercial businesses are allowed to water on Fridays Only.
- The establishment of new sod and other landscaping plants is prohibited.
- Filling, draining, or refilling pools, jacuzzis, hot tubs, etc is prohibited.
You are allowed to hand water any day for a maximum of 2 hours but any hand watering must be before 10 AM or after 6 PM. Soaker hoses are allowed for foundations.
