About
Originally established in 2001, Denton County Fresh Water Supply District 8-A covers 260 acres of Paloma Creek. The District is located south of Highway 380, and is bordered to the west by an inlet of Lake Lewisville. The District also includes the Water Reclamation Plant and Denton ISD’s Paloma Creek Elementary campus to the north of Highway 380.

Meeting Schedule
Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 8-A has its regularly scheduled Board meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:45 pm at 10210 N. Central Expressway, Suite 300, Dallas, Texas. The meetings are open to the public, per Texas law, and the Board welcomes and encourages residents to attend.
Residents of the district have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the district under Section 49.062(g), Water Code. A description of this process can be found here.
