About
Originally established in 2003, Denton County Fresh Water Supply District 11-A covers 424 acres of Paloma Creek. The District is located south of Highway 380, between Flamingo Drive and Spoonbill Drive. Extending across Navo Road and Villa Paloma, DCFWSD 11-A is home to the Paloma Creek Dog Park.

Meeting Schedule
Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 11-A has its regularly scheduled Board meetings on the 3rd Monday of every month at 6:30 pm 900 Villa Paloma Boulevard, Little Elm, Texas. The meetings are open to the public, per Texas law, and the Board welcomes and encourages residents to attend.
Residents of the district have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the district under Section 49.062(g), Water Code. A description of this process can be found here.
