About Originally established in 2003, Denton County Fresh Water Supply District 11-B covers 373 acres of Paloma Creek. The District is located south of Highway 380, bordered by an inlet of Lake Lewisville to the south, Megan Creek Drive to the east, and Spoonbill Drive to the north. DCFWSD 11-B is home to the Cactus Bend Open Space.

Meeting Schedule
Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 11-B has its regularly scheduled Board meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 4:30 pm at 900 Villa Paloma Boulevard, Little Elm, Texas. The meetings are open to the public, per Texas law, and the Board welcomes and encourages residents to attend.
Residents of the district have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the district under Section 49.062(g), Water Code. A description of this process can be found here.
